RETURN & REFUND

     

      1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
        In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing within the European Union possess a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within 14 days of the physical receipt of the goods. You are not required to provide a specific justification for exercising this right. To initiate a withdrawal, please notify our administrative team via email at tablecloth@feasttonecloth.com.

      1. Damaged or Defective Items
        We maintain rigorous oversight of our textile products before dispatch. However, should an item arrive with a material defect or in a damaged state, please contact our support team immediately.
        Evidence Submission: We request that you provide photographic documentation of the damage or defect via email to facilitate a prompt internal review.
        Resolution: Upon verification of the provided evidence, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement dispatch. In these specific instances, there is no requirement for the consumer to return the damaged item physically.

      1. General Return Procedures
        For all other returns within the eligible period, the items must be returned to our central facility. This applies to both European and United States clientele:

        Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item is verified as defective upon arrival.

        Once a refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. We support various payment options, including:

        Please allow a standard administrative period for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution.

      1. Non-Delivery and Logistics Enquiries
        Our logistics framework involves priority transit via DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with an estimated delivery window of 3 to 9 days.
        Tracking: Automated tracking updates are dispatched to your registered email at key transit milestones.
        Investigations: If an order has not arrived within the standard timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the findings, we will determine the eligibility for a comprehensive refund or a complimentary reshipment.
